The Gourmet-Restaurant Hubert Wallner in Kärnten, Austria, run by the multi-award-winning top chef Hubert Wallner, is one of the region's prime addresses. We use our Hagleitner products – hygienicDES FORTE – a great deal at the bar. All I need to do is give it a spray and I know that it’s fully disinfected.
The systems are new and digitalised, which I really like. There are no more problems with dosing. And you don’t even have to think about what to do – any employee can use it without a hitch after just three minutes of training. Our employees have also found container recycling to be a very positive experience. You simply return the empty bottle and it will be recycled. I actually think that Hagleitner is leading the way in this respect. They also respond to customer requirements, which is what I’d want from a premium partner – something Hagleitner delivers on perfectly.

The MERKUR SPIEL ARENA in Düsseldorf, operated by D-Live, is the home of Fortuna Düsseldorf and offers the perfect setting for all kinds of major events. Be it sport, concerts or shows, the Arena is a versatile venue where D-Live regularly creates unforgettable experiences.
Having 250,000 spectators in a very short space of time obviously presents us with certain challenges. But this is where Hagleitner came in providing us with outstanding service and support.
I really enjoyed my daily work at the European Championships, it wasn’t stressful at all. Everything went really well because of Hagleitner. Every time there was an issue, we could rely on the technicians being there.

Absolutely, I mean you can see that as soon as guests leave a table, we’re in there straight away cleaning the surfaces with Hagleitner products. And that’s always seen as a very positive thing, especially in toilet facilities and such like. In terms of scent, it’s always been really, really good, too. For a clean Oktoberfest
At the largest Oktoberfest with more than six million visitors, Hagleitner fits out three tents for a total capacity of 40,000 visitors: the “Hacker Festzelt – der Himmel der Bayern”, “Pschorr Bräurosl” and the “Kuffler Weinzelt”. The last two can be seen here in the video.
There are a few points that make our daily work easier: an employee comes from your company and inspects everything. So, we know that everything has been thoroughly checked. That’s a major relief for us.
What characterises our partnership with Hagleitner is that the dispensers are resilient in the face of high volumes of people and we receive positive feedback all round.
I think sustainability is extremely important. This is why we’ve replaced all our paper towel dispensers with ones from Hagleitner: it means only one comes out at a time instead of fifteen.
