In addition, liability on the part of Hagleitner requires proven intentional or grossly negligent behavior. Liability for personal injury already exists in the event of slight negligence.

7. Miscellaneous

Subsidiary agreements must be in writing.

Should individual provisions of these conditions be or become invalid or void, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid or void provision will be replaced by a provision of that content that is economical
