In 1965, Austria's first glacier ski resort was opened at Kitzsteinhorn. Today, it is the touristic engine of the whole Zell am See-Kaprun region. In the area of kitchenHYGIENE, operators rely on fully automatic kitchen dosing systems for washing glasses and dishes: the ecosol PROFESSIONAL system and the integral COMPACT system. The exact dosing by these systems ensures an economical and sparing consumption of detergents as well as excellent washing results. The dosing detergents for dishwashing are free from raw materials that are harmful to health and the environment (NTA, EDTA and phosphates).

The solid and highly concentrated ecosol CLEAN WS dish detergent is automatically dosed into the washing liqour and exactly by the integral COMPACT dosing system. Special raw materials inhibit the build-up of starch on the dishes over the long-term. This results in clean and shiny dishes.
